Solitaire Brides was opened in 2001 by Lucy Carter. Lucy has a wide knowledge of the Wedding Industry built up from years of experience, more specifically Bridal Gowns and accessories. Solitaire Brides is situated in Midsomer Norton deep in the heart of Somerset with easy access from Bristol, Bath, Frome, Wells and Swindon. Midsomer Norton has convenient FREE parking all day long, giving you the chance to come to town have a nice relaxed lunch and visit Solitaire.
Lucy and her team pride themselves on giving you a friendly, personal and professional service, in a warm and relaxed atmosphere. With this Solitaire Brides has built a strong and reliable reputation in the South West.
As Lucy has a Dance and Modelling background, performing at venues such as the Bristol Hippodrome. Lucy regularly choreographs the fashion shows at many of the South West's Wedding Exhibitions such as 'The Bristol Evening Post', 'The Bath Chronicle' and 'The Royal Bath & West Showground' to name but a few.

Solitaire are pleased to announce the new arrival of the french designer 'Lambert Creations'. These amazing gowns are very chic and different, with a french influence. The famous country singer shania Twain, wore a Lambert Creation gown at her recent marriage ceremony. Solitaire will also be featuring their dress 'rock' inspired by bikers/harley davission theme.
